Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support BD and marketing initiatives across multiple practice and industry groups within a respected Am Law firm.

You will help with RFPs, pitches, proposals, client presentations, and manage marketing collateral. The role involves directory submissions, market research, and event support, with a focus on collaboration across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business development, marketing, or professional services.
• Prior law firm or professional services experience required.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM platforms, proposal tools, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing initiatives across practice groups and industry teams.
• Assist with RFPs, pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
• Maintain attorney biographies, experience databases, practice descriptions, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, including Chambers and Legal 500.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research.
• Support sponsorships, conferences, and business development events.
• Assist with practice group planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with attorneys and cross-functional departments throughout the firm.
