Jenner & Block is seeking a Business Development & Pitch Coordinator to support the firm’s efforts in pitches, RFPs, and related initiatives. You will draft early materials, assist with proposals, and coordinate projects, events, and analytics across practice groups and industry teams.

The Business Development & Pitch Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Business Development & Marketing Department, including a large focus on supporting the winning of work through pitches and RFPs. This includes generating early drafts of pitch materials, presentations, proposal outlines and other materials as needed, project and event coordination and management, as well as assisting with research and competitive intelligence requests and other business development-related needs. This is a valued position that helps drive the departments initiatives throughout various practice groups, industry groups, and clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining practice literature and lawyer biographies; helping draft and edit submissions for surveys, awards and legal directories; coordinating sponsorships and associated promotion; generating analytics; and business development targeting.
