The candidate will help create content, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for business development use, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or business-related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing or business development experience; legal industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with adaptable brand voice.
• Proven organizational and project coordination abilities; multitasking capability.
• Proficiency in AI tools and data analytics platforms; MS Office suite; project tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client development initiatives, including pitches and proposals.
• Research and compile client-focused data, reports, and metrics.
• Coordinate practice group meeting logistics and materials.
• Create pitch/proposal content using AI-enabled tools and PowerBI; track activity from intake to submission.
• Prepare attorney biographies and representative matters for use in briefs and presentations.
• Draft website/content updates and internal communications for marketing channels.
