Job summary

Bishop & Company in Downtown Honolulu seeks a Business Development Operations Manager to drive growth, coordinate proposals, and align operations with strategic goals. You will partner with executives, manage complex pursuits, and enhance reporting and analytics to support decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development operations, proposal management, or related field.
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong PM, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support business development from opportunity identification through submission and award.
• Partner with Account Executives to advance sales activities and client relations.
• Lead RFP/RFI development, qualifications packages, and proposal submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers, executives, finance, and operations on submissions.
• Develop schedules, deadlines, and pursuit activity plans for successful outcomes.
• Create reports, dashboards, forecasts, and metrics to guide decisions.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and growth.
• Support government and technology sector initiatives and partnerships.
