• Gather and analyze information to identify trends and issues affecting internal operations performance.
• Develop performance optimization strategies and tactics based on facts considering resources, constraints, and HMSA values.
• Lead and contribute to strategic design and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Integration and Communication: Work directly with cross-departmental team members to complete tasks, facilitate communication, and provide status updates.
• Other duties: Cooperate with staff, assist with special projects, vendor management, and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
