Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Marketing & Business Development professional to support the Data Privacy, Protection and Security, and Labor & Employment practices. The role collaborates with attorneys and the BD team to drive client growth and strategic initiatives.

You’ll partner with practice group leaders, manage marketing materials, coordinate events, and contribute to client outreach while ensuring timely, accurate deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ direct experience in marketing and business development in a large law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with attorneys and executives.

Responsibilities

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports practice group events, industry sponsorships, and webinars.
• Collaborates with Pursuits & Directories on content for RFPs and pitches.
• Manages marketing collateral, pitch materials, website and social media content.
• Tracks and maintains experience and credentials across firm systems.
