Job summary

DLA Piper seeks a Marketing & BD professional to support targeted marketing activities for the Data Privacy, Protection and Security, and Labor & Employment practices. You will collaborate with attorneys and the BD team to drive growth, craft proposals, and coordinate events in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a self-starter with strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced legal setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3 years’ direct experience in marketing and business development in a large law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Supports practice group events, industry sponsorships, and webinars.
• Collaborates with Pursuits & Directories on content for RFPS and pitches.
• Manages, updates, and develops marketing collateral, pitch materials, and website/social media content.
• Tracks and maintains experience and credentials across subgroups in firm systems.
