Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to drive marketing and business development initiatives within the TMT SBU. You will work with the BDMC team and Legal, Marketing, Communications to propel cross-functional projects, coordinate events, and develop client-facing materials.

Responsibilities include creating pitches, bios, and collateral, maintaining BD databases, and supporting ROI tracking.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or commensurate experience.
2-4 years prior work experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
Excellent oral and written communication; ability to assemble and proof pitches, collateral, and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain understanding of assigned group’s attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
Collaborate with BDMC and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
Raise internal visibility through promotions, speaking engagements, and events.
Proofread marketing collateral for accuracy, clarity, and brand compliance.
Assemble drafts of marketing materials and client-facing documents.
Maintain data in BD databases (RFPs, matters, case studies, ROI).
Assist with ROI tracking and reporting development.
Create targeted invitation lists for events and outreach.
Coordinate attorneys’ involvement in organizations and events.
Support BDMC with speaking engagements, ads, PR, social media activities.
