Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in the United States seeks a Business Development Coordinator to drive marketing and business development projects within the TMT SBU. You will work closely with the BDMC team and leadership to create pitches, client materials, and campaigns that showcase capabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in a law firm or professional services setting, plus strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or commensurate experience.
• 2-4 years prior work experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to assemble and proofread pitches, proposals, collateral, research reports, and client-facing presentation materials.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of InterAction and Foundation is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Zoom) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of assigned group’s attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC colleagues and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with ROI tracking for projects and development of related reporting.
• Coordinate with BDMC teams to develop deliverables for speaking engagements, sponsorships, advertisements, PR, and social media.
