Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Phoenix is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to drive marketing and BD projects for the TMT SBU. You'll collaborate with BDMC, Marketing, Communications, and leadership to advance cross-functional initiatives and client-facing materials.

Responsibilities include developing client-ready pitches, researching markets, and maintaining BD data; you will support events, webinars, and sponsorships to boost visibility and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or commensurate experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to assemble and proofread pitches, proposals, collateral, research reports, and client-facing materials.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; knowledge of InterAction and Foundation a plus.
• Professional and courteous demeanor with firm attorneys and colleagues; strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of assigned group’s attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC colleagues and partner with other departments on cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with ROI tracking for projects and development of related reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to develop deliverables for speaking engagements, sponsorships, ads, PR, and events.
