Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP in Minnesota seeks a Business Development Coordinator to drive marketing and business development projects for the TMT SBU. You will collaborate with the BDMC team and attorneys to understand client bases, experience, and market capabilities, and to prepare pitches and client materials.

Responsibilities include assembling marketing collateral, proofreading materials, coordinating events, tracking ROI, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives to raise visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years experience, preferably in law or professional services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience with InterAction and Foundation is a plus.
• Professional demeanor with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of assigned group’s attorneys, client base, experience, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC colleagues and partner with other departments as needed.
• Assist with drafting pitches, presentations, biographies, and client materials.
• Assist with data collection and maintenance in BD databases and ROI tracking.
• Coordinate with BDMC teams for events, webinars, and outreach.
