Qualifications

• Experience originating business development, project opportunities with a minimum of $100MM TIC value.
• Proven ability to perform economic and financial analysis, including project evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-quality business opportunities across energy and low-carbon sectors.
• Execute commercial activities related to project development, including contract drafting and negotiation.
• Prepare and manage commercial documentation, budgets, reports, and risk assessments.

Skills

Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts

Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to operate independently while collaborating with global teams

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
