Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Business Development Manager for C5ISR / C-UAS to grow government contracting opportunities and expand partner relationships. The role involves coordinating with DoW, DHS, and other agencies, and guiding proposals and competitive bids.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3–5 years of government contracting BD experience.
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance.
Experience with DoW, DHS, and other government agencies.

Responsibilities

Develop external relationships with DoW, DHS, non-government and foreign military entities as required.
Liaise with Contracting Officers; assist with communication flow, resolve issues, identify needs and translate Government goals.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate opportunity and customer information within the pipeline systems.
Effectively convey our services in written and verbal business development discussions; brief status at leadership meetings.
Support proposal teams by assisting with the development of compliant, compelling bids.
Experience with search tools such as Deltek, SAM.GOV, and GovWin.
