Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) in McLean, VA seeks a Business Development Director to lead C5ISR/C-UAS and force protection initiatives. You will build partner relationships and expand ATSC contract vehicles and OTAs with government and defense agencies.

You will develop market strategies, manage a qualified pipeline, and report progress to executive leadership while delivering persuasive, compliant bids and coordinating with proposal teams and clients across federal programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum 8 years in government contracting BD with DoD exposure.
U.S. citizen with ability to obtain security clearance.
Experience with DoW and/or DHS programs required.
Experience with C5ISR, C-UAS, Force Protection programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop external relationships with DoW, DHS, non-government, foreign military and other agencies.
Liaise with contracting officers; aid communication flow and identify needs.
Maintain up-to-date opportunity and customer data in pipelines.
Convey services effectively in BD discussions and brief leadership.
Deliver engaging, informative presentations and reports to execs.
Develop market strategies, track pipeline, and report progress.
