Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) is seeking a Business Development Manager for C5ISR / C-UAS to grow partner relationships and expand ATSC contract vehicles and OTAs. You will drive engagement with DoW, DHS, and other government entities while maintaining a robust pipeline and coordinating with proposal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in government contracting BD, U.S. citizenship with security clearance eligibility, and experience with C5ISR/C-UAS programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in government contracting business development.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a government security clearance.
• Experience working with or for the US Government/DoW and/or MARSOC programs is required.
• Experience with C5ISR, C-UAS programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop external relationships with DoW, DHS, non-Government, foreign military, commercial organizations and other Government agencies as required.
• Liaise with Contracting Officers; assist with communication flow, resolve issues, identify needs and translate Government goals.
• Maintain up-to-date opportunity and customer information within pipeline systems.
• Convey services effectively in written and verbal business development discussions.
• Brief business status at regular staff meetings with executive leadership.
• Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
• Develop market strategies and establish a qualified pipeline; create and track schedules; report progress to executives.
• Prepare presentations and attend client meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.
• Support proposal teams by assisting with development of compliant bids.
