FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to Practice Groups, Industry Teams, and firm leadership, shaping growth strategies across Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity practices.

The role requires an 8+ year track record in B2B professional services, strong data analytics, and collaboration with attorneys to drive revenue and client satisfaction across multiple offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in a B2B professional services setting developing and executing business development strategies, including 3 years in management.
• Sophisticated understanding of corporate and transactional legal services and the ability to translate that knowledge into growth strategies.
• Proficiency with CRM, pipeline tracking, experience databases, marketing technology, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy for the Corporate, M&A, Private Equity, and other transactional practices, partnering with industry teams and firm leadership.
• Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to identify growth opportunities and advance strategic priorities.
• Analyze firm, client, market, and competitive intelligence data to inform strategy and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development plans, client initiatives, and market-facing programs that drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Oversee proposals, pitches, presentations, and other business development pursuits from strategy through execution.
