Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or other relevant area.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a B2B, professional services or legal setting.
• Experience in life sciences industry preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and development skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel across the firm’s national footprint; some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategies for Life Sciences Industry Team and related practices.
• Oversee budgets and measure performance against firm priorities.
• Collaborate with practice groups, leadership, and departments on initiatives.
• Coach and mentor BDAs/BDCs; manage portfolio priorities.
• Develop client engagement, proposals, and thought leadership activities.
