PULLMAN, a Structural Group Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help expand our presence in Greater Boston and the New England region. You will engage with building owners, engineers, architects, property managers, and contractors to identify and capture opportunities across commercial sectors.

The role requires a strong network in the Boston market, a proven track record of closing deals, and proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of business development or sales in commercial construction.
• Strong network in Greater Boston construction market.
• Proven ability to develop opportunities and meet sales targets.
• Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Develop and grow relationships with owners, engineers, architects, and managers in Boston and New England.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial project opportunities.
• Manage opportunities and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Develop pursuit and capture strategies with operations and estimating.
• Support proposal strategy and development to position capabilities.
• Coordinate prequalification packages and vendor registrations.
• Lead sales presentations, client meetings, and industry events.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams on solutions.
• Track pursuits and forecast opportunities to guide planning.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
