FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is seeking a Head of Business Development for Commercial Process Development to win and scale early-phase client programs—from cell-line development through pre-clinical manufacturing to Phase 2—across a global CDMO network.

This senior role shapes market strategy, opens new territories, closes high-impact deals, and aligns operations so programs start fast and finish strong. You will influence executives and build strategic partnerships with biopharma clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a science-related field is essential.
• Proven experience in business development with strategic planning.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
• Conduct market research with intelligence teams to identify trends.
• Develop territory expansion plans aligned to global objectives.
• Keep systems up to date and provide insights and strategies to Executive Leadership.
• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts ensuring alignment with goals and compliance.
• Collaborate with legal, commercial solutions, operations, marketing, and demand planning.
• Lead a team of 4–5 direct reports.
