This senior, high-visibility role shapes market strategy, opens new territories, closes high-impact deals, and aligns operations so programs start fast and finish strong.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development with strategic planning.
• 8+ years managing a sales team.
• Experience setting sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across global orgs.
• Structured, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new CDMO business opportunities.
• Conduct market research with intelligence teams to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop detailed territory expansion plans aligning regional trends with global objectives.
• Keep systems up to date and provide insights to Executive Leadership.
• Represent FUJIFILM Biotechnologies and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the region.
• Present business development strategies and territory plans to the Commercial Leadership Team.
• Own and manage a budget.
• Negotiate and close complex, compliant agreements.
• Fill and advance a high-quality pipeline of PD programs.
