Job summary

Verilogue is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Development, Tech & Financial Services to drive revenue growth and expand its presence with technology firms, AI developers, investment firms, and data buyers. You will own opportunities, develop growth plans, and lead engagements from discovery to close.

You will leverage internal AI tools to accelerate prospecting, research, and proposal creation, while collaborating with product, research, and leadership teams to refine offerings and packaging.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, strategic partnerships, investment research, data commercialization, or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate and close net-new business opportunities.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior decision-makers and complex buying groups.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and pipeline management processes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close new business opportunities across technology, AI/ML, data licensing, and financial services sectors.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Build relationships with executives, product leaders, data procurement teams, research teams, and investment professionals.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support successful client engagements.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting within Salesforce.
