Verneek, an NYC-area deep‑tech AI startup, seeks a Technical Success Manager to bridge our technologists and end users. You will oversee strategic initiatives, project management, and partner communications under the executive team.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in business leadership, an MBA in finance or related fields, a technical BS, and strong communication and governance skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business management, operation consulting, or executive role.
• MBA in finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Working knowledge of finance, bookkeeping, contract and employment law.
• Knowledge of AI products and evolving tech landscape.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with interdisciplinary communication.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Verneek's product and features.
• Understand Verneek's competitive landscape and partner expectations.
• Oversee strategic business development initiatives under the executive team.
• Gather feedback from business owners and end users to improve product and GTM motions.
• Assist executives in decision-making, program management, and operations.
• Improve processes and optimize organizational procedures.
• Devise plans in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
• Oversee daily operations in collaboration with executives.
• Build relationships with internal and external parties as needed.
• Serve as subject-matter expert and coordinate communications.
