Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 10+ years of marketing and business development experience in Energy & Infrastructure.
• Strong client service mindset with ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker able to anticipate market shifts and drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategy with sector leaders to drive revenue growth.
• Target key clients, manage pipelines, and lead account programs across offices.
• Oversee tailored proposals and pitches for energy-sector matters with cross-practice collaboration.
• Lead thought leadership and external positioning to strengthen firm reputation in E&I.
• Oversee events, sponsorships, and industry engagement to generate opportunities and ROI.
• Partner with Market Intelligence to translate insights into actionable BD priorities.
• Shape content for rankings, awards, and directories to enhance market presence.
• Build and manage a high-performing BD team and coach partners on visibility.
