This strategic leader drives revenue growth by leading marketing and BD efforts in energy, infrastructure, and related sectors, partnering with attorneys and practice leaders to translate capabilities into high-value opportunities. The role covers market intelligence, pitches, thought leadership, events, and data-driven targeting; requires 6+ years in BD, a bachelor’s degree, and strong collaboration

Qualificações

• 6+ years of marketing or business development experience in professional services.
• Experience supporting energy, infrastructure or related practices.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to drive initiatives to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic business development and client targeting with practice leaders.
• Develop persuasive pitches, proposals and RFP responses with the Pitch team.
• Shape market positioning and thought leadership with BD and Communications.
• Plan client events, sponsorships and industry engagements with Events.
• Maintain accurate experience databases, matter lists and CRM data.
• Lead submissions for rankings, awards and directories; mentor juniors.
