Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of law firm or corporate legal department experience.
• J.D. required; MBA or equivalent industry experience considered.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate across partners, associates, and professionals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for retreats and internal meetings.

Responsibilities

• Drive U.S. staffing utilization and work allocation for associates.
• Monitor workloads and development, ensuring equitable assignments.
• Track metrics and profitability to optimize practice group performance.
• Coordinate with recruiting on E&I hires and summer programs.
• Oversee associate training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Support billing, collections, and matter opening processes.
