Matrix Design Group, Inc. seeks a hands-on Director of Business Development to lead the proposal team and drive campaigns across 13 business units.

The role partners with the Chief Strategy Officer, Director of Marketing and Communications, and senior leadership to translate goals into actionable marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in progressive BD, with professional services marketing experience and strong AEC or related industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive business development experience including team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Organize, plan, schedule, and manage the firm's sales efforts.
• Determine sales objectives to meet firmwide goals.
• Manage CRM system to capture client data and track business development activity.
• Develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates with technical staff.
• Lead or develop training for marketing and business development staff.
