Exelon, a Fortune 200 energy company, seeks an experienced professional to develop, manage, and evaluate projects and programs around battery energy storage systems, aggregators, and virtual power plant programs in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on planning, charters, performance metrics, and interdepartmental alignment.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, reporting on performance, and guiding change management with training for staff and external personnel.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM field with 4–7 years of related business experience.
Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated business acumen with problem solving, analytical, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication; ability to interact with all levels of staff and leadership.
Experience with process improvements and adopting new technologies.
