Job summary

Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Financial Services practice, with a focus on community banking. You will engage C-suite executives, uncover IT leadership gaps, and articulate how our independent advisory model delivers strategic outcomes.

You will work with a small, collaborative leadership team to shape growth initiatives, leverage COIs, and represent Hartman at industry events.

Qualifications

• Firsthand experience in banking or financial services at the executive level.
• Proven ability to earn trust with senior executives and influence long-term strategy.
• Strong capability to lead insight-driven executive conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Hartman’s Financial Services practice.
• Build and nurture a network of Centers of Influence (COIs) across the industry.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify IT leadership gaps and opportunities.
• Represent Hartman at conferences and banking events to expand market presence.
• Collaborate with internal experts to shape advisory solutions for clients.
• Maintain a regular outreach cadence and CRM documentation.
