Hartman Executive Advisors in Baltimore seeks a Manager of Industry Engagement & Experiences to lead industry association relationships, event strategy, and client experiences. You will coordinate sponsorships, conferences, webinars, and speaking opportunities while aligning with growth goals and account priorities.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with executives, and drive measurable outcomes through event programs across target industries.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in event marketing, industry engagement and relationship management.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts and complex logistics.
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership, sales teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience measuring event performance and demonstrating business impact.
• Professional services, technology consulting, cybersecurity, SaaS, or tech solutions experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Marketing's management of Hartman's industry association and strategic organization relationships, ensuring memberships, partnerships, sponsorships, conferences, webinars, speaking opportunities, thought leadership, and related programs support the firm's brand, client engagement, and business development objectives.
• Develop and manage Hartman's annual event strategy, aligned with growth initiatives, target industries and account priorities.
• Own the event plan and standards for every event, including contracts, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, speakers, production, and on‑site presence.
• Partner with Business Development and Managing Directors to define event objectives and attendee targets, and coordinate invitations and client meetings.
• Support pre‑event outreach and post‑event follow‑up, ensuring CRM recording of attendance and opportunities.
