Qualifications

• 4–5 years of in-depth sales experience, preferably in banking.
• Strong understanding of the local financial services industry.
• Ability to execute goals independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage in business development and solicit new business for the bank’s products.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking and social media.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct daily meetings with the sales team and plan weekly activities.
• Maintain and grow current business relationships with clients.
• Perform market research to identify customer needs and selling possibilities.
• Participate in market events and trade fairs to generate leads.
• Present products and services to customers and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams.
