You will build relationships, identify opportunities, and collaborate with commercial lending and deposit teams to deliver banking solutions.

This full-time, field-based role requires a track record in relationship management, a strong local network, and a consultative approach to growth.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in banking, financial services, commercial banking, or related client-facing financial roles.
• Significant experience building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, affluent clients, business owners, executives, or commercial clients.
• Track record of developing new financial services or banking relationships through referrals and networking.
• Working knowledge of banking products, deposit services, and commercial banking relationships.
• Experience recognizing opportunities involving sophisticated client needs and multiple banking services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals and affluent professionals in the Manchester–Londonderry area.
• Build a strategic pipeline of opportunities across the territory.
• Generate leads through personal networks, referrals, outreach, and community involvement.
• Identify opportunities to grow deposit relationships and introduce prospective clients to banking services.
• Represent the Bank at business events and community activities.
• Monitor local market activity and communicate opportunities to leadership.
