Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 10 years of Banking or Business Development experience.
• Proven track record growing and maintaining an existing book of business and acquiring new business.
• Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and product offerings.
• Sales and service environment with defined sales goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Established COIs and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of business clients with long-term growth.
• Meet or exceed business line production goals including deposits, lending and treasury management solutions.
• Structure and facilitate commercial loans and lines of credit with credit and lending teams.
• Prospect new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Engage with teams across the organization to drive superior service and product offerings.
• Represent the bank at community and industry events to strengthen the pipeline.
