East Cambridge Savings Bank's Retail Division is actively recruiting for a Business Development Manager I to lead Banking Center operations, drive production goals, and cultivate a customer-centric environment in line with bank policies.

You will plan and execute the business development strategy, sell mortgage/HELOCs and consumer loans, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC while building community relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or related knowledge/skills with 1 year of management experience or 3 years supervisory experience in a branch banking environment.
• At least 4 years of business development experience in a retail banking environment, including ability to meet business development goals and monitor staff on business development efforts.
• Proficient with digital banking products.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities; self-starter who can work independently.
• Knowledge of retail banking compliance and experience with budgets.
• Able to register as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator as required under the S.A.F.E. Act.

Responsabilidades

Makes hiring, salary and promotional recommendations. Ensures proper training. Assists with complex transactions and banking center issues.
