Jack Henry is hiring aFinancial Representative to support our financial institution clients' customers and members. The role is remote within a 70-mile radius of Allen, TX, with hybrid work options and an onboarding requirement onsite on day one.

The position requires 18+ months in call center/bank/credit union settings, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple systems. The pay range is $34,320–$37,500 annually, with evenings/weekends and a shift differential in some cases.

Formación

• At least 18 months of experience in a call center, bank, or credit union.
• Must be able to adhere to a published break and lunch schedule.
• Able to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Good clear communication skills.
• Full-Time candidates must work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must acquire internet with at least 10 Mbps upload speed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to our financial institution clients' customers and members.
• Assess the nature of questions or issues and resolve them timely.
• Verify customer/member information to protect security and account integrity.
• Escalate complex issues following procedures to ensure resolution.
• Participate in team meetings, one-on-one discussions, and quality reviews.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
