Candidates live within ~70 miles of Allen, TX, Louisville, KY, Springfield, MO, or Monett, MO. Training is 5 weeks, 8 AM-5 PM CT, with a pay range of $34,320-$37,500 annually.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of experience in a call center, bank, or credit union.
• Must adhere to a published break and lunch schedule.
• Able to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems while assisting customers.
• Must communicate clearly and understandably.
• Full-Time candidates must work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• One Saturday/Sunday shift per week scheduled with no flexibility after offer.
• Internet speeds required for work-from-home: 25 Mbps down/10 Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers and members—similar to an over-the-phone personal banker.
• Assess questions and resolve with guidance from client banks/credit unions.
• Verify customer information to ensure security before modifications or resets.
• Communicate needs to appropriate personnel and escalate as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, one-on-ones, and quality reviews.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
