Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Business Development Partner for the Dallas market. The role focuses on expanding the consumer and small business customer base through proactive coaching, outbound outreach, and strategic partnerships.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Business Banking, and other lines of business to manage a robust pipeline, present banking solutions at employer events, and drive revenue growth while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Banking experience.
• 5+ years sales management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive coaching on key business development behaviors.
• Call on and partner with companies to expand employer banking relationships.
• Present Fifth Third products at on-site meetings focusing on household acquisition and revenue growth.
• Develop plans to meet or exceed sales and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with Markets/Regions to deepen relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend Market Job Family meetings to share insights.
• Coordinate handoffs between Retail, Business Banking, and other LOBs for best customer experience.
