Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, 5 years sales preferred.
• Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
• Underwriting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop profitable new client relationships leveraging influence and referrals.
• Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new prospects.
• Attend industry forums and meetings to broaden networks and knowledge of market trends.
• Analyze financial information to determine suitable credit requests and tailored solutions.
