The role requires senior expertise in BA governance, requirements elicitation, and capacity planning, with a focus on continuous process improvement and stakeholder alignment.

• Provide executive direction on high-complexity, mission-critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, scale, and govern enterprise BA frameworks and standards across all SDLC delivery models, establishing KPIs and quality gates.
• Provide executive escalation support and strategic direction on complex initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across the requirements lifecycle and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).
• Lead professional development for the team with coaching in elicitation, gap analysis, and UAT facilitation.
