Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a high-impact Business Analysis Manager to lead the BA function within IT Delivery Operations. You will oversee a team of Business Analysts, aligning business objectives with technical delivery across corporate systems and driving continuous process improvements.

You will champion BA governance, manage multi-project capacity, and mentor senior staff while partnering with IT Demand Management and offshore partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis or process engineering within cross-functional teams.
• 7+ years of direct people management or practice leadership experience overseeing business analysis teams.
• Proven background standardizing BA methodologies and managing resource capacity across concurrent projects.
• Experience with vendor relationships and staff augmentation models.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise Business Analysis frameworks across SDLC delivery models.
• Provide executive escalation support and strategic direction on high-complexity initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement of requirements lifecycle and templating tools to reduce gaps.
• Maintain centralized Knowledge Management for reusable patterns and documentation.
• Oversee capacity planning and multi-million dollar resource allocations with offshore partners.
• Ensure alignment of BA work with end-user needs through shadowing and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide Senior BAs in structuring verification, test strategies, and UAT workflows.
• Mentor and develop Senior Business Analysts to sustain high performance.
