Job summary
TCC Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst Manager to lead a team of Analysts across projects while remaining hands-on on key initiatives. You will establish best practices, ensure quality requirements, and align deliverables with client and business goals.
You will partner with Project Directors, PMs, product and tech teams to prioritize work, manage staffing, and coach analysts. This remote role requires strong communication, governance, and SDLC expertise across multiple clients.
Qualifications
- Six+ years of business analysis experience with complex requirements.
- Two+ years leading Business Analysts or similar.
- Experience across multiple projects/clients.
- Experience with structured SDLC and Agile approaches.
- Proficiency with MS 365 and collaboration tools.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Business Analysts across projects and provide coaching.
- Manage staffing, workload, and performance evaluations.
- Define standards, templates, and requirements management practices.
- Review deliverables for clarity, traceability, and alignment.
- Lead requirements workshops and design reviews.
- Perform hands-on requirements elicitation for initiatives.
- Coordinate with client, product, and technical teams.
