Job summary

The Reserves Network, an established, veteran-founded staffing organization in Omaha, seeks an IT Business Analysis Manager to lead a team of Business Analysts across the enterprise. You will mentor staff, guide requirements, manage user stories and acceptance criteria, and advance analysis practices with Product Owners, engineers, and QA stakeholders.

You will help raise product and technical maturity, champion BA standards, and foster collaboration across business and technology teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Business Analysis, technology, or leadership.
• Experience coaching or leading Business Analysts.
• Strong BA practices: requirements gathering, user stories, testing, and process documentation.
• Experience with Agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong technical understanding of information systems and software development.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Business Analysts across the team.
• Provide ongoing skill development around requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, documentation, and business process analysis.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums for continuous learning.
• Establish, promote, and reinforce BA standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Ensure BA deliverables are consistent, clear, and aligned with objectives.
• Help advance BA, product, and technical maturity across teams and the broader department.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Support effective requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear user stories and artifacts.
• Ensure BA have knowledge to identify business process and product improvements.
• Support development of detailed requirements for test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Promote collaboration between business, product, and technology teams.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality technology solutions.
• Encourage continuous improvement in BA processes, tools, and delivery practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including external vendors when necessary.
