CRC Group is seeking a Business Analyst to provide process, design and analysis support for interfacing business applications. You will drive requirements elicitation, document business needs, and collaborate with Technology Delivery and LOB teams to deliver solutions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, SDLC adherence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT with BA experience, proficient in both Waterfall and Agile methods, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six years of IT experience with software development exposure.
• Four years as a business analyst or related role (PM/PMO, BPM or QA).
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as liaison between Technology Delivery and LOBs.
• Collaborate to document and communicate business needs and solutions.
• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and workshops.
• Perform current-state analysis of systems and processes.
• Develop UI diagrams and workflow diagrams for projects.
• Support pre-planning activities and stakeholder analyses.
• Mentor junior business analysts and support testing acceptance.
