Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (staffing or service-based sales preferred).
• Proven prospecting, closing new accounts, and revenue growth.
• Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and manage business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through outside sales efforts and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with decision-makers.
• Identify client workforce needs and present staffing solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms.
• Meet and exceed branch revenue, gross margin, and growth targets.
• Oversee office personnel to achieve branch and corporate objectives.
• Lead recruitment strategy to align talent pipelines with demand.
• Set direction for staff scheduling, cost control, and service quality.
• Handle hiring, performance management, and compensation administration.
• Monitor operational performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
