Job summary

IDI is seeking a Branch Sales Manager in the Atlanta area to drive profitable revenue growth across the Norcross and Hapeville branches. You will lead a team, manage branch operations, mentor staff, and ensure safety and compliance while developing new business with vendors and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales, building materials experience, and strong planning, negotiation, and leadership skills. Comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years in sales, with insulation or building materials preferred.
• Ability to develop new business and meet sales goals.
• Strong vendor and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Profitable growth of IDI sales, focusing on top-line and bottom-line expansion.
• Retain current customers while developing new ones; drive profitability.
• Oversee branch operations, safety, inventories, turnover, and staff retention.
• Mentor branch personnel including Sales, DC Manager, Drivers, and ops staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct training; manage forecasting & budgeting.
