Directive is a leading marketing agency focused on B2B campaigns. We are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead day-to-day PR delivery, craft compelling narratives, and drive executive thought leadership while collaborating across service lines to connect programs to client strategy.

You will manage earned media, press releases, and influencer initiatives, shaping campaigns that resonate with enterprise brands and generate measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of PR and communications experience with B2B focus.
• Agency experience required; strong media relations needed.
• Proven track record of earning meaningful media coverage and executive thought leadership.
• Ability to translate complex B2B narratives into sharp pitches and stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present strategic communications plans aligned with client objectives.
• Execute integrated PR strategies across earned/owned channels, including media outreach and bylines.
• Build strong media relationships across trade, business, and tech press relevant to ICPs.
• Support executive positioning programs: thought leadership content, podcasts, speaking, contributed content.
• Collaborate on influencer and practitioner briefing programs and ICP-aligned partnerships.
• Contribute to organic social strategy as an extension of programs and monitor trends.
