Directive is a leading marketing agency for B2B, and we are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead day-to-day PR delivery and strategy for a portfolio of B2B client accounts. You will manage media relations, press releases, executive positioning, and thought leadership while partnering with influencer and social programs and the Head of PR & Communications.

You will craft compelling narratives, build strong media relationships, and drive performance against KPIs, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in PR and communications.
• Agency experience required; B2B or B2B tech experience preferred.
• Proven track record of earning meaningful media coverage and building media relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day PR delivery across earned media, media relations, press releases, executive positioning and thought leadership.
• Develop strategic communications plans aligned with client objectives.
• Support influencer and organic social programs and collaborate with Head of PR & Communications.
• Track KPIs and report on program performance, tying PR outcomes to pipeline influence.
