Job summary

Directive is a leading marketing agency for B2B, and we are seeking a PR & Communications Manager to lead day-to-day PR delivery and strategy for a portfolio of B2B client accounts. You will manage media relations, press releases, executive positioning, and thought leadership while partnering with influencer and social programs and the Head of PR & Communications.

You will craft compelling narratives, build strong media relationships, and drive performance against KPIs, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in PR and communications.
Agency experience required; B2B or B2B tech experience preferred.
Proven track record of earning meaningful media coverage and building media relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day PR delivery across earned media, media relations, press releases, executive positioning and thought leadership.
Develop strategic communications plans aligned with client objectives.
Support influencer and organic social programs and collaborate with Head of PR & Communications.
Track KPIs and report on program performance, tying PR outcomes to pipeline influence.
