Job summary

TDIndustries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Houston to drive growth for targeted clients and market segments.

You will plan and execute strategies, develop proposals, and present service offerings while building long-term relationships with key decision makers. This role demands 2–5 years of BD experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation skills; LEED/CEM/BEP or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• LEED, CEM, BEP, Sandler Silver and Energy Star certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute business development action plans for target customers/segments.
• Develop and present service proposals, including budget and pricing.
• Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events to expand knowledge and network.
• Utilize CRM to enter and maintain customer data.
• Lead turnover meetings with service operations or account managers.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Perform other duties as required.
