Job summary

TDIndustries is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to support strategic B2B proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification submissions. You will develop compliant, compelling content, coordinate end-to-end proposals, and collaborate with leadership to shape messaging and branding across documents and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in proposal development
• Ability to work in office is required
• Deadlines may require night/weekend/holiday hours
• Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Strong understanding of proposal best practices, compliance, and review processes
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe InDesign preferred (as applicable)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal development from intake to submission
• Review RFQs/RFPs to identify requirements and deadlines
• Collaborate with senior leadership on win themes and messaging
• Draft, edit, and format proposal content for clarity and brand alignment
• Customize resumes, project profiles, and boilerplate content
• Maintain proposal content libraries and standard narratives
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Support development of presentations and marketing collateral
• Track proposal progress and maintain records
• Identify process/content improvements to enhance proposals
