Caesarstone, Ltd. in the Greater Detroit Area is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with fabricators, architects, designers, retailers, builders and contractors.

You will develop account plans, manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and represent a brand known for premium countertops. Ideal candidates will have a proven sales track record, exceptional communication, and proficiency with CRM tools and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between company and stakeholders such as fabricators, architects, designers, retailers, builders and contractors in the assigned territory.
• Drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with key customers.
• Develop customer account plans, manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the Caesarstone brand and products to clients and prospects.
• Maintain CRM records, report activity, and contribute to sales strategy.
