Job summary

Caesarstone US is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the Savannah region. You will manage existing accounts, identify new opportunities, and present product value with a customer-centric approach.

The role requires 3+ years in sales/business development, proficiency in CRM systems and Excel, and willingness to travel locally to engage with clients and partners. A company car is provided for field activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven sales experience, business development, or account management.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to favorable outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with MS Excel and CRM/Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as intermediary between Caesarstone and stone fabricators, architects, designers, retailers, builders, general contractors, and stone suppliers within the territory.
• Drive revenue growth and foster strong relationships with key customers; boost sales and maintain exceptional customer service.
• Develop customer account plans, manage existing accounts, and identify new business prospects.
• Maintain CRM records, provide status and call reports to Sales Manager, and track customer requirements.
• Network and build a strong industry network through customer visits and product knowledge sessions.
